岗位职责： Why Join? • Intern-to-Trainee Bridge: Complete at least 1-month internship before full-time start to confirm mutual fit. • Dual-Track Rotations: Rotate through Trade Settlements, Corporate Actions, and Client Onboarding. • Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with IT on automation, RPA, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and system upgrades. • Dual Mentorship: Paired with both an Operations supervisor and an IT manager. What You Will Do: • Manage the full post-trade lifecycle, from execution to settlement. • Process corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, and M&A events. • Optimize KYC and account opening workflows to enhance compliance and client experience. • Build scripts, automate manual tasks, and create dashboards to support data-driven decisions. • Reconcile trade breaks, cash positions, and securities holdings. • Liaise with front-office, legal, compliance, and external custodians. 岗位要求： Must-Have: o Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. o Passion for Financial Services operations and digital transformation. o Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. o Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin. Nice-to-Have: o Prior Operations, IT, or Consulting internship. o Hands-on experience with RPA, Tableau/Power BI, or settlement systems. o Familiarity with at least one programming/data tool (Python, VBA, SQL, R).
