部门使命/Department Mission: • Aerodynamic performance, E-Range and consumption performance, Driving resistance performance, Energy efficiency management. • To fulfill the demand of energy efficiency management and market wish. 主要职责/Your Responsibilities: • Use AI coding agents to support the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of web-based vehicle engineering platforms. • Develop calculation and visualization functions for energy management, energy flow, road load, aerodynamics, energy consumption, and related engineering data. • Develop engineering modules for test management, test data management, vehicle management, and component management. • Develop collaboration functions for meetings, tasks, decisions, and project process management to support engineering workflow digitalization. • Support frontend, backend, database, and data interface development, and translate engineering requirements into practical software functions. 岗位要求/Required Qualification: • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or other engineering-related majors. • Familiar with AI agents and AI coding tools such as Open Code, Codex, or Claude Code, and able to use AI for development, debugging, and problem solving. • Basic programming skills and understanding of frontend, backend, API, and database concepts; hands-on web or software project experience is preferred. • Experience with any of the following is a plus: React / TypeScript, Python, C#/.NET, SQL/PostgreSQL. Full proficiency in all technologies is not required. • Basic engineering foundation with understanding of physical concepts such as force, power, energy, electricity, and engineering calculation logic. • Knowledge of automotive engineering, vehicle performance, energy management, testing, or data analysis is preferred. • Strong logical thinking and self-learning ability, with the capability to translate ambiguous engineering needs into software functions and implement them with AI support.
