This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. 1.Master degree or above, economics or finance majors preferred. 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济相关专业优先考虑。 2.Good understanding of sales and trading business. 熟悉销售交易业务。 3.Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services. 对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解，掌握公司可提供的产品和服务。 4.Excellent academic credentials and achievement. 学术成果优异。 5.Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication. 具有强烈的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。 6.Strong passion for financial market and sales job. 对资本市场及销售工作有强烈的意愿。
