1.Execute daily fund trades and handle trading incidents. 负责执行基金日常交易及交易故障处理。 2.Oversee product operation & maintenance and respond to business-related inquiries. 统筹产品运维与业务咨询答疑。 3.Coordinate internal and external teams to drive fund admission and onboarding. 协调内外部团队，推进基金准入与上线。 4.Compile overseas fund product data and manage revenue allocation. 负责海外基金产品数据编制及收益管理。 5.Develop marketing materials for overseas fund products and provide support for marketing campaigns. 负责海外基金产品物料制作，协同支持市场推广活动。 6.Coordinate compliance & risk-control matters and regulatory reporting for overseas fund business. 负责海外基金业务合规风控协调及报送。 7.Assist in requirement planning, optimization and iteration of product platform systems, and promote digitalization of business workflows. 协助产品平台系统的需求规划与优化迭代，推动业务流程数字化。 8.Undertake other supporting work related to overseas products and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. 承接海外产品相关的其他支持性工作，及上级交办的临时任务。

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。 2.Master’s degree or above from domestic or overseas universities。 Majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting and related fields are preferred。 combined background of Science & Engineering and Finance is a plus. 国内外院校硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、财务等相关专业优先，理工科+金融复合背景有加分。 3.Strong initiative, stress tolerance, communication & coordination capability and quick learning ability. 有较强主观能动性、工作抗压能力、沟通协调能力和学习能力。 4.Proficient in office software。 solid data-processing capability and programming skills. 熟练掌握各类办公软件，有较强的数据处理能力和编程开发能力。 5.Fluent in both Chinese and English. 中英文流利。 6.Relevant internship experience is preferred. 具备相关实习经验者优先。
