1. Coordinate and conduct in-depth research on international strategy, covering global market dynamics, securities/financial industry trends, competitors’ analysis, and business plan, etc. with main tasks supporting data mining, analysis, and report drafting, etc. 统筹开展国际化战略相关的深度研究工作，涵盖全球市场动态、证券/金融行业趋势、竞手分析、展业规划等重点课题，支持数据挖掘、研究分析、报告撰写等。 2. Drive the formulation and implementation of firm’s Internationalization Strategy in cooperation with regional teams, business units and middle/back departments. Coordinate and organize preparation for the establishment of new overseas branches, new license application and business initiatives, promoting orderly expansion of overseas networks. 推动国际化战略的制定与落地实施。协调支持公司境外分支机构设立、新牌照申请及新业务统筹工作，推动海外网络有序拓展。 3. Coordinate the management of overseas regions’ budgets, operations, and periodic reporting for international business, deliver operational analysis reports and provide data-driven support for management decision-making. 统筹协调境外地区的预算、综合运营等管理工作，统筹国际业务相关的经营汇报工作，定期输出经营分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支撑。 4. Implement the firm’s management requirements; coordinate the operation and follow-up of major corporate matters; assist management and department in daily work. 落实公司各项工作部署要求，协调公司运转及重要事项督办，协助管理层及部门开展日常工作。

1. Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science majors preferred; overseas experience would be a plus. 金融、经济学、会计、工商管理、计算机相关专业优先。有海外经历者优先。 2. Macro/industry research, financial analysis, or strategic planning background preferred. Experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions is a plus. 有宏观/行业研究、财务分析、战略规划背景优先。有跨国企业或金融机构工作经验者优先。 3. Possess strong strategic thinking and structured logic, with the ability to independently conduct research, extract insights from complex data, and translate them into actionable business recommendations. 具备较强的战略思维与结构化逻辑能力，能够独立开展研究，从复杂数据中提炼洞见，并转化为可执行的业务建议。 4. Proactive, self-driven, and highly responsible with strong capabilities of fast learning, multi-tasking, and working efficiently under pressure. Good command of PC skills, esp. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, high writing standards for various types of official documents, work reports, and summary materials.
